2/2 Be wary. Warranty case reviewed and accepted as defective, hence sent for repair. Surprise bill comes as 'fur shedding (to the extent it looked like I had a 🐶) is normal' @canadagoose Do better. I expect better quality and service from a premium brand. Time to try @Moncler?

1/2 Learn from my frustrating experience w/ @canadagoose 1) If you're sending something in for repair under warranty via a store, ASK FOR A RECEIPT. There is no visibility of your $1k+ jacket in their system - 2 mths later, just got confirmation it arrived at the repair centre.
