Despite all of the evidence PayPal wants me to incur the cost to ship a laser engraver back to China to be refunded! He lied about replacing the item and even stated that it would be impossible to ship back! @acce @PayPal @AskPayPal @bbb_us @CFPB @AGSteveMarshall
