Got some encouraging news today from the @TyrEquity auditor. May not need to list the #stock warrants from the offering as a derivative liability (which really hurts the balance sheet w/ voodoo math). Hopefully I will get an official decision on this tomorrow! **Fingers Crossed**

I've decided to shed most of my financial & business interests that arent linked to either $LTNC or @TyrEquity. This includes a number of securities I'll be liquidating over the next few days/weeks/months. My plan is to get liquid & double down on $LTNC once @TyrEquity is public.
