Well done @Telstra You still haven't resolved my esim issue. A Case Manager cancelled the job without doing the job, not on my behalf. Shoutout to Ivan too who did fuckall in helping!

@Telstra I am currently taking the frustration out with somebody in chat, but it would have been way easier to talk to to somebody on the phone. We have gone from 2-4 hours to now over 66 hours only to find this is cancelled by who knows!! You can contact me directly
