@lrank04@taythelot@ChuckChunder007@ASX Even with the 63% now, the '3x cheaper than MC2' line uses 100% of a non-JORC estimate and pre-raise shares. Adjust for that and it's 20-30% cheaper per tonne, for no study, nearly half inferred and $5+/lb costs. MC2 has a DFS and $1.69/lb C1. Not comparable.
@taythelot@lrank04@ChuckChunder007@ASX What’s the opex cost for this? Do they have the supply to meet the so what ‘capacity’. Who gives a fuck about producing cathode? For how long and at what price?? No one knows so how can you value it? How can you compare it? You can’t. So stop pumping bullshit
@taythelot@lrank04@ChuckChunder007@ASX It’s not comparable at all? One has a resource, a full DFS, published opex costs, production costs, KNOW THROUGHPUT and known grade. The other has capacity? Benchmark the opex costs against other projects and tell em where it sits? Until then what are you comparing it against?
@lrank04@ChuckChunder007@ASX It’s 430 mc lad. With no resource? the company and what I call pumpers are trying to compare this to MC2? You have no resource lad.
@NeilRingdahl Great response. Appreciate that and your ongoing analysis. It’s a decent strategy, I.e better than mine. I currently buy low on l curve and sell before first production, as I have recent experiences of ramp up negatively affecting value. But I believe it causes overtrading.
@NeilRingdahl Neil, what is your investment strategy when it comes to mining ? Are you buying on the dip in L curve and through to production? Do you exit at first production and reduce the risk with ramp up?
@respeculator@dani_m_pires Agree, I think at us$5. Cu price based off DFS, MOD is valued at US 680 m. Acid at 130 us/t, plus cash 130m (this will be less now) and no premiums for takeover this has Pampa implied value at 0.
