@TMFanSupport I finally received an email 30 minutes ago. Less the 3 hours prior to the event. Will be the last time I ever purchased VIP tickets from Ticketmaster after this experience.

Purchasing oven December 30, 2025, get recall notice three months later. Lowe's customer services, I'm sorry nothing we can do! Now I have to wait for fox that will take over a month, and can't use oven because of danger due to recall.

Flew into Vegas for my first game. Bought row F tickets (6th row). You can imagine my disappointment when our group could not see the one net due to a stupid smoke machine. There is zero excuses for any obstructions based on the price & location.Where is the net? @GoldenKnights

What crap customer service. Website said get it tomorrow once order is placed date is now January 13. Zero help from online and installation team so had to cancel the order. Very sad @Lowes
