It wasn't bitcoin they seized. They switched to bitcoin (not kept on an exchange like coinbase etc which is easily captured) . They were stupid to have used a shit coin but learned their lesson. BTW gold kept in other country's banks is not safe either - UK seized all Venezuela's gold recently, $ billions.
