@frontierindica Don't know about fruit but there may be some truth about curd. Curd,like many fermented foods, contains biogenic amines which can cause allergic reactions during night.
Cortisol levels are low during night so the inflammation would be more noticeable,& this may disrupt sleep.

Nordic countries like Sweden have gone even further and have more extensive definition of r*pe.
