@Gillcook3 @murphygsd @SimonCalder @RandoxHealth That’s exactly it, willing to pay if that is the rules, however paying over £200 for a service which isn’t delivered with no route for refund, hubby has to take days off work now and my son can’t return to his summer scheme without negative results.

@declamare @RandoxHealth Helpline is terrible I spent over 90 mins on wait starting at caller no 118, got right down to caller no 1 and then moved to another wait loop which was then cut off, today trying to get in contact and there is no option to wait just asking people@to call back another time!
