@Citibank @AskCiti My mom passed away in March. She had a Citi CC. I never questioned her about the monthly expense, because she couldn't afford her regular living expenses. I have found $4800 in Fraud on a $5300 balance. I called CS, and for days have gotten frustrated because no one @ Citi cares.
