Our very special Red Bean Mille Crêpes, originally created for the Boston boutique (bean crêpes for Beantown!), now available in all U.S. boutiques through end of February. We source the most wonderful Hokkaido red beans for this treat.
We had such a fun time at @Toytoise's Go event for Lunar New Year a couple of weekends ago (a short walk from our @WestfieldWTC boutique). Here's hoping we can do more seasonal cake boxes in the future, fingers crossed! #tbt
Our Coffee Mousse is essentially a coffee break in the form of a cake. Count the layers: frothy coffee mousse, dark and heady chocolate mousse and double layers of a whisky-chocolate sponge cake. It's all enrobed in coffee ganache with dustings of cocoa and snow sugar.
