Marvel Superhero Island with DC if they can purchase the theme park rights from Six Flags (or just buy six flags since they seem to be flailing). And with that in mind, maybe even build a Looney Toons land.

There’s a nagging thought in my head that says if Universal does in fact buy Warner Bros, that would mean they’d have total control over DC and Harry Potter. Meaning they’d have no rights issues for the Wizarding World in the theme parks and could potentially replace
