And when I asked for more info on the repairs that were done and a copy of the repair bill, I never heard back from them. Oh and I was told I didn’t have the right coverage!
@Europcar@stokielee@Expedia No thank you. At this point I’m just letting my credit card company handle this matter as I didn’t get anywhere with your customer service. Oh, and I’m going back to @avis for ALL car rentals now, and reserving directly with them. I should have never gone elsewhere.
