Denaria Behind the Scenes: Product Update – Pt. 2

The work behind the scenes never stops. Since our last product update, significant progress has been made and here’s a brief summary of everything we’re working on right now:

🔹 Smart Contract Improvements - We’re completing a renovation and general improvement of our smart contracts, made possible by upcoming updates on Linea Mainnet, which will improve transaction fees and security.

🔹 Internal Audit & Bug Fixing - Before the final external audit, we are conducting an intensive bug-hunting and attack simulation phase. This work is being run in coordination with the simulation campaign.

🔹 Simulation Campaign for Parameters - A simulation campaign has been kicked off to fine-tune parameters like the funding rate, vault parameters, and dynAMM behavior.

🔹 External Audit - After the internal audit and redefinition of key parameters, we will kick off the external audit which will give us another layer of security for the smart contracts.

🔹 WebApp for LPs - As previously shared in a post on X, the LP WebApp is under active development. A first alpha version is complete, and internal testing has already begun. Position adjustment remains the most complex feature, and testing is now underway.

🔹 Proof of Personhood Issue and Solution - After the issues with Anima, we're developing a new solution to verify the users' humanity. Since day one, we've aimed to protect the points campaign from Sybil attacks and bots and we’re doing everything we can to push this development in testnet.

🔹 Liquidation System - We’ve entered a new phase for the liquidation module. After finalizing the design, SDK development has begun. This component will play a critical role once the mainnet is live.

🔹 DAO Design & Incentives - We’re also working on DAO mechanics: incentive structures, lock periods and the distribution method for rewards.
