@TheNitten @Rooflemonger Does she? Normally on a crouch, characters head and upper body move downwards, all she does is shift her legs around because of her super wiggly legged half-crouch standing stance. I don't see her shift downwards at all.

Animations get jank af, it's probably the frame of her changing to forward moving and then changing to fireball animation. Fighting games dont have smooth highly detailed transition animations, or they'd feel like mud.
