@British_Airways I have been trying to get hold of BA Holidays for 2 weeks to add an infant to my booking, we depart in 3 weeks but just get told you are too busy to take our call...any advice on how we can proceed? You have taken our money for the booking but offer no support

@nhsmerton_ @1adambush Yes I did mention it to her whilst cradling my newborn child over my shoulder so there isn't really an excuse for that however we will try again when we can and hope we get someone with more common sense / training

@British_Airways looks like you have cancelled our flight from Cape town to Gatwick but not notified us and I can't get through on the phone...feel a bit helpless right now?!? Can I rebook a new flight and you will refund it or our original flight you cancelled?

@RGC_1 i have asked for an official complaints procedure but never get anywhere, just empty promises or flat out lies...seems odd as we have been with powerplay for 9 years, twice a week, surely at some point customer service becomes important?!

@RGC_1 hey rupert, any chance of starting a conversation with you on how badly our powerplay league has been run for the last 2 years, despite never missing a game and numerous requests we have had approx 50% of our games this season cancelled or no shows...
