@ShubhamAsh14313 @motorolaindia Yes, I saw some reddit post also their phones also got dead suddenly in 7-8 months usage. Atleast @motorolaindia should repair phone under warranty na . They are not even replying to me now. Raised Consumer Helpline also no response yet. @nch1915

It's totally unfair rejecting internal repair in warranty because of minor scratches which is usual as wear and tear. It's been 20+ days. My phone is in service centre.

Image I received on mail, is clearly minor scratches which is wear and tear but still service centre is labeling it a external damage, rejecting repairing my 7 month old moto edge 60 fusion under warranty. @nch1915 please look, I want repair under warranty

@motorolaindia @motorolaindia Its been 15 days, my phone is in service centre, you are denying warranty. I have read your warranty policy no where it's mentioned that full warranty will be void if there's any minor scratches.

@motorolaindia Phone was working perfectly fine, and in a moment the screen stuck and then power off. Just 7 months old. Moto edge 60 fusion is dead. It's totally internal defect. Please look into earliest.

I've to board train 03241 to BLR at 6:00 PM from DDU, skipped Mahabodhi and took SPL train at 12:55 PM from Gaya expecting to reach DDU by 4:25 PM. Now SPL train is running late & stopped at Karamnasa to give a pass to Mahabodhi.
