Baby! it’s somebody out there that’s on everything you on, wanna go places with you, text back in a timely manner . wants to see you succeed, wanna see you happy , love your energy & adds to it.. simply just loves everything about you. WE really be wasting good time +
@vibebey That’s why I don’t even get mad anymore. If they wanna look goofy, that’s on them. Let them walk around looking like that if they want to 🤷🏾♀️
Seeing throwbacks from a year ago is so fulfilling. I did exactly what I said I’d do this year. I moved forward and did what my heart wanted. I’m happier than I’ve been in a minute🫶🏽
rephrase your question from:
"do they love me?"
"do they like me?"
"do they like my company?"
to
"do i love the way they treat me?"
"do i like them as a person, the way they show up in this relationship?"
"do i feel at peace being with them?"
they stay for the "what could've been" & all the "what used to be", but refuse to see & accept the "what it is now".
you didn't have to do that. you do have the option to not accept that & just leave. +
The emotionally abused or neglected adult has learned to compulsively read people. To notice every change in mood, voice, tone, or facial expression. We subconsciously are looking for a sign we are losing connection or that we’ve upset someone.
In healthy relationships we need to talk more about degrees or levels of ‘broken up’. You can meet someone who is technically not with their ex but still completely enmeshed, corded, obsessed, preoccupied, controlled by them or giving them so much of their energy and attention.
