@OctopusEnergy I haven't been paid for my energy exported in 4 months now. I have sent emails, copies of bills, but no response! I only seem to be getting responses that signing up to Flux is closed. Bit confused on both points again! Can someone please help?
@OctopusEnergy what I think I love most about being your customer is that no one reads emails properly and refuse to admit your smart meter is reading my solar panel inverter correctly so you keep on over charging me and refuse to do anything about it!

@British_Airways your help via messaging shuts down queries without waiting to see if it was resolved! This is really annoying. If I pay for seat selection for Qatar AFTER I made the initial booking, how do I know this is included in my tier points?
@British_Airways I have been trying for 2 days to submit a missing AVIOS claim for Sri Lankan Airlines, but the link on the website doesn't seem to work as you can't input the date..is something wrong with the site?

@British_Airways I raised a complaint, as given advice by the whatsapp team, I have a case number but the number was never emailed to me and it's not on my account. How can I track when someone will get back to me? v
@British_Airways Stupid me didn't realise that paying for a business class ticket didn't mean business class the entire route. I recommend you be more honest with customers. Next time I will book with Qatar directly. Problem solved
@British_Airways how is it possible that I bought a business class fare and found out i'm in economy with qatar? trying to get through on the phone but of course this is taking ages and I can't seem to change this on line!!!
@British_Airways I finally got through to an agent who was helpful and warned me: if you are booking on BA but with another airline, you need to look at the booking class. If it's Y, then it's economy! That's NOT AT ALL clear when choosing flights. Warning to everyone be careful!
@OctopusEnergy little question what time do the new codes for drinks start each day? I have been checking since 7am this morning and there are zero new cafe nero codes. Greggs do not do vegan drinks so that is not an option unless I want a black coffee...

@OctopusEnergy hello I am so confused again about my bill. I was apparently moved to just pay for my actual consumption, now nothing has been taken from my direct debit and next month is showing a debit of double what I use! Why is this such a mess??
@British_Airways FYI turns out bA avios whatsapp help did this in a matter of minutes. lesson learnt: avoid calling as they are useless..go to the whatsapp help desk!
@British_Airways hello somehow my phone number has changed on my avios account, I don't have a recovery code (was never given one) and I can't change this on line. I can't book a flight now!! is there anyway I can change this other than dialling? this is crazy!
