Hey @Future_Beat I’m still waiting to hear back about the VIP merch for the errors tour- I’ve emailed several times without any response. What’s up with that?
Hi @jonlovett! I can’t wait to see you in ATL on Thursday. I splurged on VIP tickets - this is my superbowl (right, @zmsnyder?) We haven’t gotten the merch yet or any info on when doors open and @Future_Beat isn’t answering emails. Pls help!! @CrookedMedia
@HomeDepot I just don’t understand how we paid for an installation service for convenience (literally the whole reason we bought it from @HomeDepot) and it’s only made it more difficult.
Hey @HomeDepot - deeply disappointing encounter this week with an installation of a washer/dryer. We’ve had to go to the store four separate times now. We paid for installation and when they showed up with hoses that are too short, they left and we have gotten no assistance since
HOLY CRAP I AM BEGGING PEOPLE AS AN ICU PHYSICIAN TO PLEASE PUT MASKS BACK ON AND STOP ACTING LIKE LIFE IS BACK TO NORMAL THIS IS WORSE THAN DECEMBER AND I DIDN’T THINK THAT WAS POSSIBLE
I lay awake and hope she’s still alive.
Please get the shot. Do it for yourself, the people who love you, those who are called to care for you and are on the brink. I want my bad days to once again be because someone threatened to punch me but won’t because they “found Jesus.”
I thought that my days at work were hard when patients were treating me like garbage, but the new hardest days are the kind patients who look at me with terror in their eyes and ask “I’m not getting better, am I?” as I increase their oxygen and help them into a prone position
I wonder why they didn’t get vaccinated. I don’t ask, it’s not really my place to effectively rub it in when they can’t breathe.
I had a patient cry to me this week in fear and keep repeating “this is all my fault.” This is the stuff that keeps me up at night.
I deleted Twitter from my phone because I thought it would improve my mental health. Well what do ya know, using Twitter as essentially a journal (I am too lazy to do a real one) helped me put out big feelings and get affirmation. All this to say, the bitch is back.
Today is the first time as I looked around the ICU at the patients and at the staff, that I’m not sure if we are gonna make it through this intact without losing something of ourselves.
Worth noting:
“Out of nearly 400,000 people who attended the festival, just 203 tested positive for the virus”
“At least 88% were vaccinated”
“…Festivalgoers who were unvaccinated were four times as likely to be among those [positive] cases.”

The worst thing the CDC was lift the mask mandate, placing on the honor system people completely lacking honor and placing the rest of us in harm's way.
