the prosecutor who sent him behind bars said he was innocent. the victim's family said he was innocent. hundreds of people who knew the case said he was innocent. all of those pleads fell on deaf ears

A reminder that the previous Governor halted Marcellus's execution indefinitely and put together a group to examine his case and look at clemency. Parson dismantled that group and restarted the execution despite the Prosecuting Attorney's pleas. He should never know peace.
