Here is a suggestion @ATT . Rather than trying to use new phones for customer retention, why don’t you invest that money in providing network coverage in newly built communities. You guys are the worst choice when it comes to network coverage in a new community.

If you use @WellsFargo, please do not keep large amounts in the account. They just confirmed over the phone that an unactivated card can still be stolen from your mail and used without you knowing. So if your mail is stolen with a new unactivated card, you loose all your money.
