In all of this, The Bhakts are looking like fools. Yesterday, not giving in to the resignation was a masterstroke, today Pradhan resigning is a masterstroke.
Jokers.
Serves them right.
The resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan comes only after sustained pressure from peaceful protesters, students, and the Opposition. I congratulate every protester who stood firm on the #NEETUG issue. But this cannot be the end, we demand real accountability, comprehensive educational reforms, and a detailed discussion on the NEET issue in Parliament.
This is the first resignation in 12 years because for the first time, people across sections of society protested against Modi. Usually, it's just one category of castes or communities protesting and that makes it easy for them to divide people into pro-protest and anti-protest. Their IT cell tried a similar counter-consolidation trick here but that simply did not work.
Lesson here is that this govt cannot defend itself if you take away the caste or religion card.
Congratulations ❤️❤️❤️ my Dear Cockroaches.. Dear Sonam wangchuk sir and every single one who stood by the youth . You Have proved that you can bring a regime down to its knees . 💪💪💪 #justasking
Lesson for the BJP
Listen to your supporters.
They are often your toughest critics because they are also your biggest well-wishers.
Don't ignore their negative feedback, it may be the most honest advice you receive, that too for paying them nothing..
After Dharmendra Pradhan has resigned, now next 2-3 years you will hear many scams breaking out. It was never like there were no corruption but people were affraid to speak. With student protest success people now know that they can come out and make their voice heard, they'll expose the scams.
Modi 3.0 Govt is now officially entering in to 2012-2014 era of UPA 2.
The resignation of the Education Minister is an acknowledgment that accountability in a democracy cannot be indefinitely evaded. It comes after weeks of determined, peaceful voices raised by students, parents and citizens across the country who refused to be ignored.
It also comes after far too many young Indians faced unnecessary police brutality and force for exercising their democratic right to peaceful protest. That should concern every citizen, regardless of political affiliation.
But accountability does not end with a resignation. The deeper failures that brought us here must now be addressed through transparent reforms, institutional responsibility and a commitment to ensuring that no young Indian’s future is jeopardised again.
The students who marched, spoke out and peacefully persisted deserve to know that this is the beginning of reform, not the end of the story.
