@MagnusCarlsen I'm sitting in Bar del Fico in Rome, Italy with my 12 year old. We've heard people come here to play #chess so we're waiting patiently to see if any locals turn up so he can play. He'd love it if you said hello to him. His name's Stanley โ
@nickmohammed Just listened to this - my first ep of this podcast! Took me back to my Durham days! Haven't seen conductor sketch - is any of that based on Hill Orch days? Would love to see that ๐ Always remember you being presented with a toy dinosaur after we played Jurassic Park in Trevs.
If youโre concerned about the erosion of womenโs rights in the UK - the right to single sex spaces like domestic violence refuges, rape crisis centres and prisons - sign the Sex Matters petition to make the Equality Act clear.

@RussInCheshire Oh dear. Very similar experience with SP & my new home (Bellway). Bills, bailiffs, neighbours' meters billed to mine, threats to cut off my supply before Christmas, countless hours on the phone, compo & solved & changed supplier. Only for it to happen again a year or so later!
@BBCPolitics How utterly insulting. As a teacher who worked through the pandemic, I can assure you I never popped to the staffroom for a drink after work. Actually, in my entire teaching career that never happened because it wasn't allowed. I imagine the same for nurses. #BorisOut
@NicholasFerroni I left at Christmas and you're right, it's the lovely students (and their families) that kept me in the job for so long. It was the system and the management that pushed me to leave. Thankfully, there's loads of support out there at on fb - #exittheclassroomandthrive group.
77 classrooms, 1335 children across 3 different continents! World book week was a monster for Somebody Swallowed Stanley and Somebody Crunched Colin ๐โค๏ธ๐ฏ๐ thanks to Stanley from Skelton for representing our Stan ๐๐ @scholasticuk
@rawliwhite @Dad_will_fix_it@vicderbyshire@PaulBrandITV My husband shares a birthday with Boris Johnson. We certainly didn't. We treated ourselves to a takeaway for for the first time in the pandemic. It was just us and our children. Same for my 9-year-old son's two lockdown birthdays.
@vicderbyshire@PaulBrandITV My husband shares a birthday with Boris Johnson. We celebrated his 2020 birthday with a takeaway for the first time since the pandemic started as we hadn't wanted to order food in previously. It was just us and our school-aged children. #PartyGate
