[Lessons from Paulinho]
Before we begin, I suggest you read “The Elephant in the Room" (https://t.co/NaDzX5bwWK) if you haven’t done so already. It provides the framework and background of this next essay.
Only excerpts will be provided here. Full link @ https://t.co/Zrp94u9Qgq
X orange: won’t be able to see the pass as he makes the run and the ball will be intercepted by CBs. Even if he receives it’s bad because it is 1v2
X black: same as orange + the minor advantage of being able to see the ball
Red: easy pass, LB has back turned and will be forced to track the runner, leaving 3vs2 in the middle with 3 players to aim for
X blue: RB is positioned well to mark the player & slow down the attack or intercept + begin counter
X yellow: there is already numerical superiority
@Singing_Shrike @marklevinshow Thankfully he can only wish he had that kind of power. Plus, that's not what Article II says or means at all. It's incredibly sad to witness such desperate lunacy.
@marklevinshow Of all the years I've spent on twitter reading absolute garbage from politics to sports punditry, this absolutely takes the cake.
An amateur interpretation of the book does not equal the article itself. Your only duty is to keep quiet.
@CruyffBae@CaptnGuardiola It doesn’t take much to realize that what works on paper may not work on grass. In fact with Messi’s workrate severely declining post 16/17 any hackjob would have realized 4231 would have been suitable yet not once since have we lined up that way- even with similar personnel.
@victor_font@andywest01 Do you really think the problems of the current regime is openess and transparency when every tom dick and harry know what they've done wrong?
