@Enbridge @enbridgegas an hour on phone to dispute mathematical error in credit amount: difference between actual use for the year and amount paid for the year. Person finally said the missing $13.55 of my credit was due to rate changes over the year (but not on bill). What??

Reading the new Language curriculum this morning and am curious about the use of the words ‘cultural text’ in expectation C1.2 (gr 4 and up). Cultural text is not defined in glossary. Wondering about the purpose of this modifier - could this not mean text from any culture?
