@MWEBTweets@Radio702 mweb is losing the plot. Call for service and you always number 17 or 18 in line. takes over 30 minutes to answer unlike previously when they were on the ball. Hope they not bought over by government. poor service
@MWEBTweets I am with mweb from the early 1990’s. Had great service from them but now when one calls for service, minimum waiting time is 30min plus. Frustrating
@vfsglobalcare I am battling with your South African VFS division. The website does not have any interactive buttons. Cannot reschedule, cannot contact, cannot cancel, simply no action on the website. No calls are answered as well.
@bp_SouthAfrica@Radio702 BEWARE when filling up at BP filling stations wanting the collectors toy cars after filling 4 times. When you get a code for the car NO BP FILLING Station has the cars in stock. All say BP is not delivering. Use another brand

@Airbnb booked an apartment in Dubai. Came from South Africa to be told canceled on the day after fully paid. Left me stranded and no joy from host nor Airbnb. No refund yet either. I am pushed in the corner. No money and no accommodation pathetic service

@JHBWater from observatory in JHB our water meter was stolen 2weeks ago on a Friday. Reported and followed up but to no avail. This service is appalling. Please help can someone please do something. DM me plz
@StandardBankZA I sent over 20 emails to Sithembiso at Eastgate branch for FICA. No response. Account blocked. Went to branch. Not available. Got wrong phone number from them. Incompetent. Once acc opens I close it immediately. Going to @FNBSA
Nov 24 I went to Eastgate branch @StandardBankZA to do FICA. Waited 1 hour then told only “personal banker” can assist via email. I sent mail with all docs. No action account blocks on 30 Jan. Sent 20 mails again no action. Sithembiso incompetent
