VERY IMPORTANT
On January 31st, just past 11pm, my 48 year old sister passed away due to Stage 4 cancer, after a 3+ year battle.
Had she beat the cancer, she wanted to take her story to Capitol Hill and ask for change, but before passing, I made the promise to do it for her.
30+ years working full time plus usually a part time job on top to provide for her family, once the cancer started spreading, she had to slow down.
In order to qualify for Medicaid and Disability, she had to reduce her hours to 15/week for 6 months, sacrificing her health insurance, unable to provide adequately for her family, mostly herself.

I will be tagging several people in hopes of sharing this to get it in the right hands.
Her request was this...

Upon being diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, the average American citizen should immediately be granted Medicaid and full Disability so they can focus on family and health, without the unnecessary added stressors.
Maybe we can introduce a bill, in her name, with hopes of helping those that will have this same struggle.
