Been sharing a LOT of forms lately. Love this method for sharing with colleagues that forces them to make a copy so that any edits they make won't undo your hard work and so you only get your classes responses! PS same technique for docs and slides

@MissOliver62 All the ones in my classroom seem to have been handed down from generation to generation 🤣 might be worth taking a shot at making your own with @canva they have some great templates and would allow you to highlight your most critical safety points
