@aegeanairlines BEWARE TRAVELERS! Since 7/5/23 our bags have been lost FOUR TIMES and found THREE TIMES. 🤔😳 STILL lost again and NO ONE at Aegean will help us. Daily DM’s to them…and now they have ghosted me. Seriously?!

Beware travelers! If Aegean Air loses your luggage, NO ONE at Aegean Air will lift a finger to help you! Aegean Air will tell you to call the lost and found and the lost and found will tell you to contact Aegean Air. So you end up chasing your tail.

@SuzanneParas @aegeanairlines Yeeeeah! 🥳 And Nope! 😔 Over three weeks later and I’m still chasing my tail. I follow up every day @ Aegean Airlines and they are of NO HELP. Any suggestions?

@SuzanneParas @aegeanairlines Did they ever recover your 4th bag? We still don’t have 2. Have been DMing them every day. Supposedly they were sent to SNA on 7/15 (Aegean/Lufthansa/United) but NONE of the airlines know where our bags are. So frustrating! 😡

@aegeanairlines I was 🙏 @aegeanairlines would respond after asking me to DM them. Automated responses only. After seeing wheelchairs & strollers in the L&F yesterday, I should’ve known better. I wonder how much $ they will get for those. They don’t even care about children or the disabled.

Yes, we filed a report as soon as we landed at our destination…without our luggage. 14 calls and 2 days later…we still don’t know where our luggage is. When we call the luggage co where we filed the report we get a different story each time.

In the end they told us to go back to Athens and search for our own luggage among the thousands of suitcases they have there…on our own. Seriously. We spent 3 days in Crete and had to buy everything we needed.
