I blame people that keep using Indrive, but in this instance, I would not blame you personally because it was an emergency visit. Sorry about your experience.
Y'all better STOP using Indrive!!
Someone posted that they recently updated their terms of service, stating that THEY WOULD NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOU DURING A BOOKED RIDE.
This means that a driver can literally k!ll you and Indrive would not involve themselves or hold the driver accountable, and they'd be legally absolved.
Boycott Indrive!
Boycott Indrive!!
Boycott Indrive!!!
You should not be using brands that don't give a fuck about you or your safety, esp when they are supposed to.
We CANNOT even afford hobbies. We CANNOT afford to go out with friends. We CANNOT afford to exist anywhere outside our homes. They then call it a mental health crisis. It's not. It's an affordability crisis.
Fireboy’s “ZUKO” album is a perfect definition of ART. What’s interesting to me is that, despite the criticism getting louder and all the conversations about his commercial performance and the need for features that could guarantee him hits, he has chosen to prioritize his artistic vision.
When people constantly measure your success by chart positions, streams and hit records, choosing to experiment with your sound becomes a creative risk. Fireboy could have played it safe but he seems more interested in making music that reflects where he is creatively. He worked with artistes who understand his vision and made a masterpiece out of it.
Will the album achieve massive commercial success? Maybe, maybe not. But that’s precisely why I think we need to separate commercial performance from artistic quality. Not every great album has to be the biggest album and not every artist needs to chase a hit to prove they are still good at what they do.
The literacy crisis isn’t that people can’t read the words. It’s that they can’t understand the context, infer meaning, recognise nuance, identify contradictions, or draw logical conclusions from what they’ve read
