@sub2pewdsONyt@rachw101 The ToS can say what it likes, but if the lineup is significantly different to what’s advertised there’s a case for a Section 75 claim. It’s not guaranteed, but it’s part of consumer protection laws.
@sub2pewdsONyt@rachw101 Extremely likely they’ll still pay the artists to avoid legal issues. If they cancel the festival, they have to give people refunds. Even if they don’t and acts don’t appear or perform, there’s a case for a Section 75 chargeback.
@IOSTravelupdate did you forget to tell Lands End Airport that a days worth of cancelled flights from St Mary’s were transferred to the Scillonian? Car park locked with nobody here. We’ve had 3 cancellations from Exeter, Newquay, St Mary’s and now this. Abysmal service. @BBCNews
@HeyItsJustAaron@mustachrryfan But you do, you support Just Dance which has published (and paid) Ye for at least one song - you're basically a Nazi and I bet you've heard every Ye song out there. IT'S OKAY AARON WE'RE HERE FOR YOU
@HeyItsJustAaron@fagtrickstarr@mustachrryfan You're still supporting the publisher of the game series. You may as well just buy a ticket to see Ye now, especially as when you have encyclopaedic knowledge of his track on the game... Just admit it, YOU LOVE KANYE
@HeyItsJustAaron@fagtrickstarr@mustachrryfan Aren't you also supporting a "Nazi" since Ye had a song on the game? Reporting on a game that is supporting him? Aaron is a massive hypocrite everybody! Your 10 followers are going to be devastated.
