@SinclairVWFleet shocking service for a safety issue on our personal vehicle. Door is locked shut but showing as open and you can’t fit it in to review until end of Jan!
@YodelSupportUK absolutely awful service. A much needed parcel has been returned to sender after 3 attempted deliveries at parcel shop. No reason given for refused delivery. Email said alternative parcel shop will be used but this was not done. Please contact me asap to resolve

17 days without internet access and @TalkTalk have the cheek to charge me an upgrade fee for the privilege of being disconnected. Contravenes their earlier email saying the upgrade was free. A very low & underhand technique used to extort money from less observant customers
@tristiaharrison I am appalled by @TalkTalk customer service. I have been a customer of yours for years but I’ve been left without internet for 17 days due to an error by your business. Trying to get an update is causing me so much stress! Awful, unethical & deceitful business

@TalkTalk just spent another 2 hours on the phone to your full fibre team who then disconnected me mid-conversation. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from a company
