My toddler recently watched a spacex video and is obsessed with rockets. He recites back the video constantly - “rocket go whoooosh.. go up high.. then splash down in water!”

1. Massively derisked biz before hiring or
2. Come w/ significant cred (eg Bret Taylor)

Also many employees would never take the founder risk to begin with
