@AskJeevesWij @drgandalf52 A key one is to remember to get up and move around a bit. Normal surgeries have you up and down like a yo-yo. Telephone and video consult all day and you will need a stick to walk out the door.

This process was a national one done at an extreme pace. It is what it is, a 6 month contract. Time to look in detail at an option or if you want nothing to do with it ignore and look to others to inform you going forward.
