They spent decades building out a NGO infrastructure, then awarded themselves billions to handle/facilitate it at scale.

@ianmSC I don’t view it as incompetence. He knows exactly what he’s doing. The platform rewards you on how much money laundering and fraud can be permitted under your watch. The only plausible public facing messaging is deflection, denial & often dubiousness.
