I worked from Courmayeur for a while in ‘22 and ‘23 and fell in love with the Aosta region. Awesome place to live… and trade;) You live there 365 days a year?

@JohnJanJohnson “Complexity sells”… alleen is het eenvoud dat het vaak wint in een vrije markt. Nederland verkiest helaas opnieuw het pad van complexiteit; en beleid dat veel risico’s voor heftige externaliteiten met zich meebrengt waar de politiek - nog - geen discussie over wenst te voeren.

Bij een inflatie% van richting de 10% (2020/2021) zal er in het nieuwe Box3 geval ~15% return gemaakt moeten worden om in reeële termen op gelijke hoogte te blijven…. Vol risico voor de belegger, winst voor de Overheid. Het is ronduit absurd. Nuts!

@JoopdeKnecht @Irrumationaire Dit is wat het zo kl*te maakt. Simpel is het niet. Bijna alle plekken in de wereld zijn nog steeds veel minder qua infra., stabiliteit, veiligheid etc vergeleken met NL. En… de realistische alternatieven voeren ook nog eens vaak hetzelfde tax/immigratie/woning/etc. beleid als NL
