I had assumed lack of testing was tied to the well-documented incompetence of the Trump regime.

But given how quickly NY has ramped up with private labs, I now believe it’s something more dire: Trump doesn’t want the PR of a spike in cases and associated deaths. He is blocking.

*Must have traveled to CDC area
*Must be approved by NEDHHS
*THEN you may have a COVID-19 test

Only 124 test given as of 3/12. Why the barriers @GovRicketts?
