European Day of Languages is a celebration of connection. Spanish, Portuguese & French link Europe to Latin America & Africa. Greek & Italian connect you with Europe's past & future. Any language you learn is a new series of connections. Today's a great day to start learning!

As well as Open Evening, today was an incredibly special day as we celebrated European Day of Languages across the school. At SHS, we love learning languages and are proud of the Languages provision that we offer.
We are so proud of our faculty and all of the students in it. They did us proud tonight by being waiters/waitresses, talking about our curriculum, selling our subject and being ambassadors for our school. Well done all โค๏ธ๐ซ๐ท๐ช๐ธโญ๏ธ
We're trying to find more opportunities to talk to our students about Independent Learning (homework). We are regularly referencing the science of learning & why the more retrieval they do, the better for their learning. We've added upcoming retrieval activities to the LO slide.
