Bruce aseguró que asume la “responsabilidad política” y que volvería a hacerlo. Pero eso no responde lo esencial:
¿Quién sustentó técnicamente esos precios?¿Quién aprobó esta millonaria contratación?
¿Estaban justificados esos montos con recursos de los vecinos de Surco?
Si esto ocurrió en una municipalidad distrital, ¿qué garantías ofrece Bruce para administrar el presupuesto de toda Lima?
