@yourHJEN It is unconstitutional for people in authority to unreasonably search the contents of your phone or tap into text logs. However, the person in which you send messages to has no obligation to keep messages private unless there is a confidentiality agreement. #HLD2019

@yourHJEN @SalmanxMusa When there is an imminent danger or if authorities have a reasonable suspicion of an individual, then a search and seizure of someone’s messages is justified.
