To add to this @premierinn I tried again this evening and got a message that my booking was confirmed, with no booking reference and no email confirmation, telling me to pay at the hotel. What is going on??
@premierinn Any problems with your website accepting bookings today? Two error messages at the payment stage while trying to book this morning. Many thanks!
@WisdenCricket I don't apply for international tickets any more unless for a special occasion with a bunch of pals. It's so expensive, and you might spend all that money for a couple of hours play due to British weather. I have a county membership, which is way better value.
@DrGoblin3 Please prescribe 1mg dexamethasone for a suppression test we haven't told the patient about yet, but we haven't told you in the letter that the patient doesn't know about it. (Thank goodness we rang the patient.)
@JaneBransby@Parody_RCGP A wide variety of problems I couldn't possibly speculate on the extent of! Its taking up a good chunk of my team's time to find our patients enough medicines though, what a nightmare.
@JaneBransby@Parody_RCGP Not at the moment, as far as I know. Your community pharmacist should be able to give you up to date information. Hopefully the omeprazole problem is one of the many very short lived stock shortages that barely get noticed π€
@mspharm_ @DrIvyprofen I used to hear "Pharmacyyyyyyyyy!" yelled down the corridors of AMU when I was needed, back in my hospital days. Ah yes, tis I, an entire hospital department, here to save the day with my green pen.
@helen_barnowl I went for my smear in July 2020, in the full lockdown 1 restrictions, and there was a privacy curtain. Strange behaviour from your surgery indeed.
@DrGoblin3 If I may use this excellent booking as a jumping off point, best reception typo I've ever seen was "having an allergic reaction to your face" on the duty list.
@DrGoblin3@davepayne43 Lol, yes, some. We have a finite number of urgent pharmacist slots per day. If I look at it and it's not urgent, will push it to a later, more appropriate slot. It's not perfect, but there's less meds nonsense on the duty GP list.
@DrGoblin3@davepayne43 We have a separate urgent meds list that reception fill up. Pharm tech does the urgent repeats, triages any acutes to the clinical pharmacist duty list, and pharmacists have a ringfenced slot on the on call for any patient that turns out to be a walking red flag.
@sh_abbers @Medic_Russell I used to get a vague sense of impending doom with longer runs of ectopics. Not sure if that's normal, or just a reflection on my life at the time.
@PharMag_Richard That quiet afternoon spent reflecting on how I've reflected by myself, and also reflected with a buddy. And then reflected 4 times on my needs and done a learning.
