Everyone says, "Well, you should be harmless, virtuous, you shouldn't do anyone any harm, you should sheath your competitive instinct. You don't want to be too assertive."
No. Wrong. You should be a monster, an absolute monster, and then you should learn how to control it.
"Find a relationship where you, naturally being you, makes the other person happy. And the other person, naturally being the other person, makes you happy."

It's a simple fact of life: if you want to do something incredible, something that makes you stand out above the rest, then you have to become comfortable being different—that means being misunderstood, criticized, even hated.
This is how I read my body:
Stressed - I care.
Anxious - there's something I hate and can't change.
Angry - I'm not happy about how I live.
Moody - I haven't reconciled with a new event.
Depressed - things are falling into a pattern I dislike.
How do you read your emotions?
