So disappointed with @johnlewishelp . Bought an Oura ring online on Monday for a bday gift to arrive by 4pm Tues. thurs now and still no delivery.
I called customer services 4 times!!!! Still no help at all and no delivery

If @o2 are offering a service which I pay hundreds of pounds for which simply ISNT FIT FOR PURPOSE - surely I should be in my rights to find an alternative provider? My clients who have @SkyMobileCorp @EE all get good signal where @o2 doesn’t work?!

I have 5 @O2 contracts and been a loyal customer for many many years.
I have NO WORKABLE SIGNAL at home. I work from home - cannot make a phone call without it dropping out - have signal 5% of the time making this provider NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE.
Yet I seem unable to switch?!

Not a refund- an exchange!!! I told them their website wasn’t working - o how could I process it? Still told tough. No exchange allowed 1 day later!! How is this acceptable???? @Footasylum

So @Footasylum have a major problem. 28days to process an exchange. Yesterday was 28 days but their live chat didn’t work despite many attempts. Today I finally call hq to be told I’m a day late to be ALLOWED an exchange.

@LloydsBank I am utterly shocked at Lloyds protocol. I only moved my funds in to my savings last week specifically for the holiday and now your bank won't let me get it. I'm stuck with 2 children and £10 . I'm in Greece ! How am I meant to buy food???!

@LloydsBank My current account has £10 in it and my savings has £2700. They say I have to have a marker removed from my savings account to get access to it and no one works at the weekend!!!!

@LloydsBank should have someone at hand all the time to deal with this. They want a cashless society but now when I want to use my debit card I CANT because it's the weekend. I Will be leaving Lloyds bank the second I return to the uk and have lodged a serious complaint

To speak to the team who can remove the marker! This is against my rights as a customer of @LloydsBank . I moved my money into my savings account (instant access)! Last week and now when I want it I CANT GET IT. What am I meant to do for 48 with no money in a foreign country.

APPALLEDwith @LloydsBank . In Greece with 2 children and despite informing them I would be on holiday I CANNOT ACCESS MY MONEY! There is a marker in place preventing me accessing my money and the team don't work until Monday! I have no money at all and have to wait 48 hours

@vestiaireco lack of communication from Vestiaire. I could have sold my watch on ebay and received payment within 3 days.
My buyer still has not been told the watch has been authenticated and if this sale does not complete I will have lost almost 3 weeks with no money.

It's now 2 weeks since I sold my watch. I have checked again and again and still my sale isn't updated and still says in progress of authentication. If I don't receive payment by Wednesday inwilll have no choice but to take legal advice.
