My sister ordered 2 boat earphones for Rs 299/- each on July 8th 2022, as a part of an ongoing sale. After making the payment of 598/- via @GooglePay , @amazon first accepted the order and an hour later cancelled the order ... 1/5

After which we had a chat with @GooglePayIndia support. They also confirmed amount was received by @amazonIN (check pic). We called the amazon customer care again. We went back and forth with bogus claims and false promises, there were times the customer care hung up on us...4/5
