@AerLingus, We have been missing a bag since May 30th. It seems to be a problem for many. You don’t have any action plan. Hire @dhlexpressuk to come into the rooms you are storing bags and slap address labels on each one.

@AerLingus I have messaged you my reference number and haven’t heard anything back. We had a swissport agent reach out on Tuesday and confirmed they will ship it back to Philadelphia. Tracking never updated. What can I do?
