After training and coaching for the last 17 years, here is every fitness tip I could come up with:
= Thread =
1. Take 5g of creatine every day for the rest of your life.
If you're into AI coding, read these 16 points:
1. I categorize vibe coding into 2 categories:
- Sophisticated vibe coding aka AI coding
- Chilled vibe coding
Be the first one! You'll have 10x more chances of running a software business.
2. For sophisticated vibe coding you need to learn the basic software architecture:
- What is frontend?
- What are the best frontend frameworks?
- What is Backend? (database, storage, auth)
- Best backend providers? (supabase, firebase, convex)
- How to connect Github?
- How to deploy apps?
etc
You don't need to lean how to code, but you should learn how to "run" code.
3. If you understand the basic architecture then you need to understand how AI coding works.
What are the best AI coding models? (Gemini Pro 2.5 and Sonnet 3.5/3.7 are best)
What are the best AI coding tools?
Cursor/Windsurf/Cline are best for full stack apps.
Bolt/Lovable/Replit are best for MVPs, idea validation.
How AI models work?
Generate coding documentation to provide detailed context about your idea.
Use ChatGPT or ideally @CodeGuidedev to generate these docs.
Attach them to Cursor/Windsurf/Cline or any other AI coding tool.
This context boundary technique fixes 90% of hallucinations and unexpected errors.
4. ONE prompt app "build me a lookmaxing app" is not possible! Build step by step: page-by-page.
5. No body talks about 'vibe debugging' which is the most frustrating part.
To learn vibe debugging learn to prompt better. Explain things in details, attach screenshots.
Make sure you provide coding docs as reference.
6. Pick one vertical. Be the best AI guy in that industry. Find gaps, build mvps, show it to end users. If they pay, turn it into a paid product if not find another gap in same industry and repeat.
7. Soon Agents will be crawling the web, finding data backed gaps, best available domains, and then build mvps using AI coding tools. Build something great before this happens.
8. Marketing will make or break your startup a hit or flop. Gamify your marketing. Go for volume in the beginning. More shorts, posts, more platforms to post. Use AI to write scripts, post drafts etc.
No marketing cheat day. You need to scream out loud that your product exists.
9. Don't build ahead of time products. You'll end up spending 99% of your time just explaining peaple how it works. and people won't relate to that.
Build products according to market sophistication and awareness.
10. Don't be cheap on experimenting with AI tools. Spend money! you spend 100s of dollars on partying, vape, fast food but can't spend $300/month in total on something that can make you self employed. That's crazy.
11. Use deep search tools (Grok is free and best then Perplexity pro with Gemini 2.5 model) to find you insights about market, what to post, what's trending etc.
12. Don't buy any AI coding course it'll be expire before your skimmed milk. Everything is available on X, YT, blogs. Use AI search to find you information. Then spend time to read, understand and build.
13. If you want freedom stay bootstrapped. If you want fame & growth raise funds. Not all VCs are bad but most are.
14. Learn to hunt alone first. Then bring one more geek like yourself. Stay lean! This is an era of 2 human 8 AI agent teams doing $1M ARR in 6 months.
15. Just do stuff and post stuff! Content is far more important then before. Personal brand is more valuable than $500k seed round check.
16. Share your findings, learnings, thoughts, wins, losses below in comments. I'd love to connect with smart brains.
Repost this so we find more geeks.
From 1619 to 1865, the US benefited from over 222 million hours of unpaid, dehumanizing, forced labor by enslaved black people per scholars. This labor- primarily the production of tobacco, rice, sugar, and cotton- would be valued at over $97 trillion today. Built off the backs.

Great. You’re human. You don’t need medication.” — @AlexHormozi
