@TylerAlterman Thinking about it is fine but usually useless. Best way out is to just get into flow. My case is caused by over obsessiveness likely related to gut or nuances in metabolism which I think I will
solve soon

@TylerAlterman I think the primary issue is that sometimes negative stimuli are meant to push to you action or to avoid a certain thinking path. If you get into panic/problem solving mode and bypass intuition you might enter a recursive loop.

@TylerAlterman Not rigorous, but I’m often in a state of brain fog and then sometimes it’s gone. I think it’s probably related to gut health or metabolizing food into toxic byproducts such as h2s. Seems to decrease when I sleep less. Been able to reduce lots of it and have my own theories on it
