@andrewhowdencom@udemy I've had the pleasure of watching some of your tutorials in internal trainings.
I found the production quality to be great. The content was clear, easy to follow and engaging thanks your ability to tell a good story.
Looking forward to your course!
What's the deal with psychological safety? How do you create a safe environment that still gets things done? Hint: it's in the video.

I wonder how many (or how few) startups pass on AWS because of its increasingly overwhelming console.
Didn’t think it’s a major reason to decide for or against. Well, it is for some:

@carlvellotti Not a PM.
As EL, I don't say no.
I say: "Currently working on X which has impact Y. If I take on Z, I will need to pause X. Does Z have a larger impact and is it worth pausing X?"
Most of the time they cancel their request.
If Z does have a larger impact then I pause X.
@faridaelchuzade That's the norm I think + what my expat coach recommended me when I moved here. Exception I've seen are CVs for tech roles where English is the business language.
We so spoilt that blatant spelling errors are perfectly fine too 😂
@jkphl@a11yberlin@MajaBenke@radibit Thanks for setting this up! I'm kind of new to the topic of Accessibility and looking to gain some expertise. Happy to volunteer if that can help @majabenke with organisation.
A surprising thing is how lower margin merchants in the Netherlands collectively have resisted accepting Mastercard and Visa in a large number of stores - eg grocery stores.
Why?
B/c credit cards - unlike debit cards - charge merchants a lot more. The Dutch said “no thank you.”
Internal Developer Platforms (#idp) have been gaining a lot of traction due to the potential to make organizations more productive. But building successful platforms is difficult and elusive. This #CNCF article mentions fallacies and how to mitigate them. https://t.co/ZrQ8UVHlA8
@TessFerrandez I've always introduced myself this way to other colleagues I've never collaborated with before. I think it helps establish a reference on how much context one already has. I also mention the teams I've been part of. Wouldn't do the same if meeting someone casually though.
The latest version 26 of @thoughtworks#techradar is out and covers the important topic of Software Supply Chain innovation which became more relevant recently with large open source project vulnerabilities.

System Design interviews are tough when you've had limited experience designing systems.
Good interviewers can differentiate between candidates who have 'practised' interviewing from those with real experience.
