@JetBlue now on hold for an ADDITIONAL 1 hour and 15 minutes on top of the original 30 minutes PLUS waiting 40 minutes TWICE for a call-back. All because I can't cancel a flight online that I booked online!!!
@JetBlue your customer service is terrible. You've wasted hours of my life trying to simply cancel a flight- and you won't let me do it online. #losingacustomer
